Chris Olave Has a Career Day and Tyreke Smith Records a Tackle Against Michigan State

Wide receiver Chris Olave and defensive end Tyreke Smith put their names in the stat book and nine other true freshmen saw action in Ohio State's 26-6 victory over Michigan State.

Olave made the most of his nine snaps as he hauled in a career-high two receptions for 41 yards against the Spartans. The Mission Hills alum also played on special teams and has seen the field in every game this season. Tight end Jeremy Ruckert had four offensive snaps and RB Master Teague saw action on kickoff returns.

On the defensive side, Smith recorded a tackle from his defensive end position and now has 7 tackles for the season.
