He was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Now, former Ohio State star quarterback Cardale Jones has been traded to the Los Angeles Chargers for a conditional draft pick. He’ll join former teammates Joey Bosa and Joshua Perry on the West Coast just in time for training camp.
The trade makes sense, as the Bills had four quarterbacks on the roster and a new head coach running things. Now, Jones will have a real shot at being the backup quarterback behind Philip Rivers.
