Ohio State punter Cameron Johnston has decided to hold off on taking the next step in his football career, tweeting that he'll avoid the draw of the 2016 NFL Draft and prepare for his senior season in Columbus.
In this three seasons at Ohio State, Johnston, who's a 23-year old former Aussie rule football player, has attempted 152 punts for a total of 6,745 yards, good for an average of 44.4 yards an attempt. He has been a huge part in the Buckeyes success on special teams, giving the Buckeyes the advantage in field position when they need it most, and at times, showing off quite the impressive boot when needed.
