Ohio State wide receiver Noah Brown suffered a severe leg injury in today’s practice, reports Ari Wasserman of Cleveland.com.
According to source that told Wasserman, when the knee injury occurred, a “pop was heard he went down.”
Ohio State and head coach Urban Meyer have not confirmed yet on the injury or the extent of the injury.
Brown has been one of the many bright spots during spring practice for the Buckeyes and would’ve been a key contributor for this years team in defending the title. Meyer said Brown had a spot in the rotation for the Buckeyes offense before.
