The women’s hockey Buckeyes picked up on Saturday afternoon right where they left off on Friday. Ohio State rolled to a 5-0 victory over St. Cloud State. With the win the Bucks sweep both their weekend and season series against the Huskies.
The Buckeyes once again dominated the shot count, outshooting St. Cloud 48-28 for the game. This included a 36-17 margin over the final 40 minutes. The Bucks were also the victors in the special teams battle. They converted two of their four chances. The PK held the Huskies scoreless on three advantages.
Offense continued to be widespread throughout the lineup.
