Just yesterday, the Ohio State football team got their first defensive line commitment when they secured the pledge of four-star edge rusher Kenyatta Jackson Jr. Well, less than 24 hours later, the staff is celebrating again as on Wednesday morning, three-star offensive lineman Avery Henry officially committed to play his college football for the Buckeyes.
The offensive tackle from St. Clairsville, Ohio is not as highly rated as Jackson, but the OSU coaches took in his high school game last week and were apparently impressed enough to make him an offer, which the 6-foot-6, 300-pound lineman accepted shortly thereafter.
