Coming into the day, Ohio State’s top-ranked 2022 recruiting class featured just one pledge among offensive line prospects. However, the Buckeyes just dipped into the Centennial State moments ago to acquire another for OL coach Greg Studrawa as four-star offensive tackle George Fitzpatrick announced that he is headed to Columbus.
The massive 6-foot-6, 285-pounder has made a name for himself as a Bruin at Cherry Creek High School in Greenwood Village, Colo. and worked his way to nearly 30 offers on the recruiting trail. Programs like Auburn, Florida, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oregon, Penn State, Texas, USC, and many more were pursuing Fitzpatrick.
