When the Ohio State football team played at Oklahoma five weeks ago, the Buckeyes got not only a rousing victory but an opportunity to impress several elite prospects who were visiting Oklahoma. Ohio State's game at Penn State on Saturday night offers another such opportunity.
“This gives Ohio State another great chance to impress a lot of recruits that are going to be at that game, and in many cases just as much to see Ohio State as they are to see Penn State,” Bucknuts recruiting analyst Bill Kurelic said.
Several are prospects for the 2018 class from Ohio, including receiver L’Christian Smith of Huber Heights Wayne, linebacker Dallas Gant of Toledo St.
