Three-star Arizona offensive lineman Tucker Smith had his recruitment changed forever on Friday. Smith was offered by Ohio State coach Ryan Day, and accepted the offer less than a week later.
On Wednesday, Smith committed to the Buckeyes, making him the third offensive lineman to commit within the past month and the seventh commitment overall to OSU's 2026 recruiting class. In short, it's safe to say new Ohio State offensive line coach Tyler Bowen is killing it.
Per 247Sports' composite rankings, Smith is considered the No. 844 prospect and No. 72 interior offensive lineman. Smith earned 12 offers in his recruitment, most of them coming within the past few months, so Smith seems to be a late bloomer in the 2026 class.
