For the better part of the last few seasons, Ohio State basketball hasn't been nearly as exciting as Buckeye fans would like.
That is no longer the case.
Upon his arrival in Columbus, Chris Holtmann took Ohio State back to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2015, knocking off a pair of top-three teams in the process. And while the current Buckeyes gear up for another postseason run, there is another team wearing the school colors trying to win a title.
Team Scarlet and Gray, Ohio State's alumni team in The Basketball Tournament, returns this summer for its second stint in the showcase, hoping to claim the $2 million prize awarded to the winner of the tournament.
