5th Circuit Court of Appeals Vacates Ezekiel Elliott's Preliminary Injunction, Reinstating NFL Suspension (For Now)

The NFL's attempt to suspend Ezekiel Elliott for six games took another turn Thursday, as the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals vacated Elliott's preliminary injunction, reinstating the ban.

According to the Associated Press, the three circuit judge panel in New Orleans voted 2-1 in the NFL's favor.

Elliott is not out of legal maneuvers, yet. Elliott will attempt to get another injunction in a more favorable circuit.

From Dallas Morning News reporter Kate Hairopoulos:

This means Elliott and the NFLPA will file for an injunction in Sourhern District of New York.
