Recruiting is a volatile practice, never more so than when it comes to quarterbacks. Over the past few days, rumors have swirled that the Ohio State Buckeyes could be welcoming in a quarterback transfer, and that seems to have influenced the plans of the team’s four-star commit, Dwan Mathis. The the Belleville, Mich., prospect has decided not to sign with the Buckeyes during the Early Signing Period as originally planned. He now signs to play at Georgia.
Originally, Mathis planned to become a member of the Michigan State Spartans, as he was committed to the school in the early summer, but, as we know, things can change quickly when it comes to recruiting.
