If you want to be at the Superdome to watch Ohio State play Clemson in the Sugar Bowl on Jan. 1, get ready to open up your bank account.
For the first time all year, Ohio State will play in front of some members of the general public in its College Football Playoff semifinal game on Jan. 1, but it won't be many.
With attendance for the Sugar Bowl limited to 3,000 fans by the city of New Orleans due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, tickets for the Sugar Bowl are officially sold out. Most tickets for the game will be allotted to each team's players and coaches for their family members and/or guests to be able to attend the game.
