Two more Buckeyes were taken early on Day 3 of the MLB Draft.
The 2015 MLB Draft was entering Day 3 and Round 11 and yet only one Buckeye had heard his name called. Wednesday proved a much better day for Ohio State baseball hopefuls as both southpaw P Ryan Riga and RF Pat Porter finally heard their names called in this year's first-year player draft.
It was only a few months ago when Ryan Riga was setting school records and making a big name for himself in the college baseball world. Thanks to a great senior season, he now owns the longest scoreless inning streak in Ohio State baseball history at 29 innings.
