Ohio State Buckeyes safety Tyvis Powell announced on Twitter that he will forgo his final season of college eligibility and wil decalre for the NFL Draft:

Powell is rated as the No. 4 free safety prospect in the draft, and is projected to be a mid-round pick. He is the fifth Ohio State player to declare early for the draft, joining quarterback Cardale Jones, running back Ezekiel Elliott, defensive end Joey Bosa, and linebacker Darron Lee.
Powell graduated with a degree in marketing in May 2015, and would be a fifth-year senior next year. He finished the season with 64 tackles and three interceptions, including five tackles and a pick in Ohio State's win over Notre Dame in the Fiesta Bowl.
