The Ohio State Buckeyes have placed a big emphasis on bringing in some highly-rated wide receivers in the 2017 recruiting class, and one of the guys they are aggressively pursuing is four-star wideout C.J. Cotman (Clearwater, FL).
"I talk to Ohio State every day," Cotman told 247Sports. "I speak with Coach Tony Alford. They want me to come there and help make the program better. I think I'll visit there probably over the summer or during my spring break.
"Ohio State shows me so much love. They're definitely in my top 15. I have some schools standing out from that list. They are Ohio State, Michigan, Florida, Ole Miss, Miami, Kentucky, and Tennessee as of right now."
Cotman said he's still accepting offers form everyone and hasn't really started narrowing down his list, but he's giving himself plenty of time to do so.
"I'll make my decision next year on Signing Day," he said. "I'm looking at the opportunity to start [and play early], a good coaching staff, and a great relationship with the staff on and off the field."
Cotman ranks as the No. 185 overall prospect in the class of 2017.
