The Ohio State Buckeyes' recent offer to three-star Pickerington (Ohio) Central defensive tackle DaVon Hamilton has given him plenty to think about, and the Kentucky commit is mulling his options.
“Urban Meyer did offer DaVon,” his father, Damian Hamilton, said via 247Sports. “It’s a great honor. At this point I can’t say for sure which way he is going to go.”
Hamilton took his official visit to Columbus this weekend.
The six-foot-four, 285-pound defensive lineman was officially a Pittsburgh commit, before switching to Kentucky just over a month ago.
Does he have another flip left in him?
“He just wants to think about things, but he should decide soon,” Damian Hamilton said.
The country's 88th-ranked defensive tackle impressed at both DT and offensive right tackle during his senior season, but he's been tabbed by all interested parties as a defensive lineman at the collegiate level.
