The Ohio State Buckeyes are all-in on five-star Paramus Catholic defensive tackle Rashan Gary, which partly explains offers handed out to two of his teammates on Friday -- 2017 defensive lineman Corey Bolds and 2017 linebacker Drew Singleton.
Both are 4-star prospects so they definitely carry value on their own regardless of whether or not the Buckeyes land Gary. However, it won't hurt having one or both of his teammates in tow while attempting to secure Gary's commitment.
Ohio State has plenty of competition for the 6-foot-3, 284-pound Bolds whose current offer list includes Rutgers, Michigan, Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Virginia Tech and North Carolina.
The 6-foot-2, 215-pound Singleton holds an equally impressive list of offers includes Alabama, Michigan, Clemson, Georgia, Penn State, Rutgers, Virginia Tech and Rutgers.
Both are top-200 prospects overall according to 247Sports and would serve as impact complements to Gary if Urban Meyer can somehow secure commitments from all three.
