According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, two-time NBA Champion and Ohio State fan LeBron James will attend Saturday's game between the #4 Ohio State Buckeyes and the #23 Wisconsin Badgers. LeBron is a self-professed huge fan of the Buckeyes, and has been open about the fact that if he had attended college instead of jumping straight from high school to the NBA, Ohio State would have been his number one choice.
Over 50 recruits will be visiting Columbus this weekend, which makes LeBron's timing perfect for Urban Meyer and the OSU coaching staff. The presence of the NBA's marquee talent is fantastic for the Buckeyes from a recruiting standpoint, and could give Ohio State's 2014 recruiting drive a major boost.
James is also scheduled to give a pregame speech in the Buckeyes' locker room, where he's been given an honorary locker.
