Ohio State Buckeyes four-star cornerback Marshon Lattimore will miss at least three months after having surgery Wednesday morning to repair a torn hamstring, head coach Urban Meyer confirmed Wednesday. Lattimore, a four-star recruit from Cleveland, sustained the injury last spring, but needed surgery now after it didn't heal properly. He was expected to compete for playing time this year as a freshman - it is expected that he will redshirt now.
Lattimore's injury comes only a week after Buckeyes' starting quarterback and Heisman candidate Braxton Miller was lost for the season with a shoulder injury.
