In this look into Buckeyes football news and rumors, Michigan Wolverines head coach Brady Hoke bucked his reputation on Friday when commenting on Ohio State Buckeyes starting quarterback Braxton Miller's season-ending injury.
“I feel terrible for Braxton Miller and his family,” the Wolverines head coach stated in a radio interview, via John Taylor of NBC's College Football Talk and MLive.com. “He’s been a class act any time I’ve been around him.
“You never want a kid to get hurt.”
NBC's message board had been littered with comments like this next one, questioning how Hoke would respond to such a crucial injury in the grand scheme of the Buckeyes' season:
The real question would be Hoke’s reaction to this. I’m sure he wouldn’t take the high road about the injury.
However, that was all a bit misguided. Now, Buckeyes fans can return to hating the Wolverines for much more fun reasons like football, football, and more football.
