Ohio State freshman RB Bri'onte Dunn, who enrolled early in January and participated in 2012 OSU Spring Practice, was arrested in July after police pulled him over in his mother's 2001 Dodge Stratus and found marijuana and a smoking pipe in his car.
At time of the arrest, Dunn told police that the marijuana and pipe were not his and he did not smoke it. 19-year-old Dunn was acquitted on all charges Friday by Canton Municipal Court Magistrate Jean Madden Dunn after a bench trial.
It seems that Madden didn't see the video below, where Dunn's passenger is caught on video telling Dunn he is a liar and that he lied to police about smoking the marijuana found in the vehicle he was stopped in.
