The Ohio State Buckeyes already boast one of the top recruiting classes in the country, but they're far from done, making a strong push during the last month of recruiting as we heads towards National Signing Day on February 3. However, for this class to truly reach its full potential, here are three players Ohio State needs to make sure they sign:
Five-Star DL Rashard Lawrence
The clock is ticking ahead of Lawrence's scheduled decision date on Friday, and Ohio State is doing everything they can to win his services. Urban Meyer, Luke Fickell, and Larry Johnson all made an in-home visit with Lawrence on Tuesday and tried to sell him on Ohio State's need at defensive tackle, along with the idea of playing with two other five-star defensive end prospects.
Ohio State is competing with LSU, who are also selling Lawrence on the chance to see a lot of playing time immediately. Even though he's a Louisiana native, neither coaching staff has an idea of who he's favoring. Adding him to the recruiting class would be a huge, huge get for the Buckeyes.
Four-Star WR Sam Bruce
Bruce has been committed to Miami since July 2014, but all signs seems to be pointing to him flipping and committing to the Buckeyes on Signing Day. A source told 247sports that Bruce, who's from Fort Lauderdale, won't be signing with any in-state schools, meaning that all signs are that he'll head to Ohio State. That being said, Miami, Florida, and Flordia State are all still heavily recruiting him, and he has an official visit scheduled to Miami on Jan. 29.
Bruce is ranked as the No. 11 wide receiver and No. 82 overall prospect in the country.

Four-Star ATH Jordan Fuller
Ohio State has been the favorite to land Fuller for a long time now, and they were finally able to get him on campus for an official visit this past weekend. Though he's listed as an athlete, the Buckeyes are recruiting Fuller to be a defensive back, something Ohio State needs with just two cornerbacks currently committed in this class. Fuller will make an official visit to Michigan next weekend, but all signs point to him committing to the Buckeyes on Signing Day. Now Ohio State just needs to hold onto him.
