The best game of the entire Big Ten season is this weekend's showdown between the Penn State Nittany Lions and Ohio State Buckeyes. It's No. 2 vs. No. 6 and it should be a great game. Last year, Penn State upset the Buckeyes in Happy Valley, paving the way for them to win the Big Ten title. However, it was Ohio State who got the nod into the College Football Playoff.
Both sides are out for revenge - but Ohio State will get it. Here's why:
3) First real test for Penn State
Penn State is accepted as the No. 2 team in the country - but they haven't had to prove it yet, especially on the road. They've struggled in their two games away from Happy Valley, putting forth their worst performances of the season against Northwestern and Iowa. Remember, they needed a touchdown on the last play to win that game against the Hawkeyes. We don't know how they'll respond to playing at The Horseshoe, but if the Iowa game is any indication, it's not good for them.
2) Improvement of Ohio State's offense
Aside from the second half against Oklahoma, Ohio State's offense has been lights out, ranking in the top three in the country in both yards per game and points per game. J.T. Barrett has improved as a downfield passer as the receivers have found their stride, and the result is the Buckeyes scoring at least 54 points in each of their last four games. This group will continue their hot streak on Saturday.

1) Series history
Did you know that Penn State hasn't beaten Ohio State twice in a row since they joined the Big Ten? It's true. The last time PSU had two consecutive wins over Ohio State was in 1978 and 1980. There's no reason to think that history won't repeat itself here.
