Women get empowered – literally – by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Many women are unconfident and afraid in today’s dangerous world. Some of them seek to reverse that by studying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

As its name suggests, this martial art began in Brazil, where it was developed by Helio Gracie, who earlier had founded Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.
