In a head-to-head battle between two of the best big men in the Mid-American Conference, declaring a winner wasn’t the kind of decision that called for a panel of judges or a complicated scoring system.
It was simply Antonio Campbell, by a knockout.
Campbell, Ohio’s junior center, poured in a career-high 33 points — including 24 in a breath-taking first half — as the Bobcats wiped out Eastern Michigan, 86-64, Tuesday night in the Convocation Center.
Campbell dominated the Eagles, inside and out. He hit 14 of 20 shots from the field, including three of five from 3-point range, and picked up his third-straight double-double by adding 11 rebounds.
