Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is headed to injured reserve after sustaining another concussion in last week's loss to the Buffalo Bills, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Tuesday.
Tagovailoa now will be out a minimum of four games.
Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel on Monday said Tagovailoa wouldn't be placed on IR until more information became available. Third-year veteran Skylar Thompson will start in his place in Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks.
