Sebastian Smith broke through to become the Bobcats’ top receiving threat in 2015.
Smith has landed on the Biletnikoff Award Pre-Season Watch List, the Tallahassee Quarterback Club (TQC) announced on Wednesday. The Biletnikoff Award is given annually to the ‘best’ wide receiver in college football.
Smith, from Pickerington, was one of eight wideouts from the Mid-American Conference to earn a spot on the Biletnikoff’s watch list.
Smith earned Third Team All-MAC honors in 2015. He hauled in a team-high 65 receptions for 777 receiving yards and seven touchdowns. He led Ohio in all three categories. Smith averaged 59.
