Mid-American Conference commissioner Dr. Jon. Steinbrecher reminded all those attending the 2016 MAC Football Media Day in Detroit on Thursday that the practice remains unresolved. Satellite camps, and the prospect of an earlier or additional signing day, figured prominently in Steinbrecher’s annual ‘State of the MAC’ speech at Ford Field.
