The Ohio University women's basketball team cleaned up against Ball State Wednesday night, beating the Cardinals 73-48 in the Convocation Center in Athens.
The convincing victory came four days after the ’Cats beat Western Michigan 73-63 in the Bobcats' home opener. The Ohio women (10-3, 2-0 MAC) beat a strong Ball State team (9-4, 1-1 MAC), and face another challenge Saturday in Bowling Green.
Bobcat guard Kiyanna Black had a game-high 16 points, with three other teammates scoring in double figures.
