In the Ohio Bobcat men’s basketball team’s win over Cleveland State Saturday, Kenny Kaminski scored just two points while dealing with an injured ankle. Tuesday night in the Convocation Center, Kaminski played like the ankle injury had never happened.
In Ohio’s 93-63 over the Ohio Dominican Panthers, Kaminski scored a career-high 31 points – 21 of which came from behind the arc – and carried Ohio’s offense from beginning to end. The win was the sixth of Ohio’s season and 150th of Saul Phillips’ coaching career.
Sophomore point guard Jaaron Simmons added 10 points and 10 assists against just one turnover, while junior forward Antonio Campbell contributed 18 points and 11 rebounds on his own.
