Harried and confounded at every turn by the Wolverines, the Ohio University women’s basketball team was hammered 69-46 inside the Crisler Center on Tuesday night.
For the Bobcats (7-1), it was the first loss of the season and the team’s most lopsided loss in the last two seasons. Michigan (9-3) shook off a loss at top 10 UCLA on Sunday to remain undefeated at home.
“They were just much better than us,” said Ohio head coach Bob Boldon said in a postgame radio interview. “I don’t think it’s debatable.”
