In their first game this season, the Ohio Bobcats couldn’t find a way to disrupt, knock down or deny a plethora of short to intermediate range passes from the opponent.

Still smarting after a triple overtime loss, the Bobcats (0-1) now have to go on the road and deal with Kansas (1-0) — a power conference team running an ‘Air Raid’ offense.

Not just yet, said Ohio head coach Frank Solich. His players seconded that opinion during the course of the week as well.

Senior defensive tackle Casey Sayles — a Nebraska native — said he’s eager to play, and not just because he’ll have half a hundred friends and family in the stands to watch.
