The Ohio University men’s basketball team has enjoyed a bounce-back season in 2015-16.
That facet has carried over to the Mid-American Conference awards lists as well.
The Bobcats broke a three-year drought when it comes to First Team All-MAC honors, and landed a player on the All-Freshman squad for the first time in five years, on Monday. After voting, conducted by the conference’s coaches, the Bobcats boasted three players with All-MAC honors, the league announced.
Junior forward Antonio Campbell earned 2016 First Team All-MAC honors, sophomore point guard Jaaron Simmons was named to the Second Team, and guard Jordan Dartis was awarded a spot on the MAC’s All-Freshman Team.
