Campbell, Simmons bring Ohio back

Ball State coach James Whitford called one “a bear” and said the other “murdered us.”

Saul Phillips allegedly called his own team some not-fit-for-print names during a halftime tirade.

But in the aftermath of Ohio’s 79-73 win over the Cardinals in the Convo on Saturday afternoon, a more heroic moniker was probably in store for Bobcat point guard Jaaron Simmons and center Antonio Campbell.

Maybe ‘The Dynamic Duo?’

Campbell, a 6-10 force with a long reach and soft hands, piled up a career-high 27 points, added 13 rebounds and even stretched the floor with a career-high four 3-pointers.
