Ohio University alums, present students and other fans were treated to a 30-24 Bobcat win on Homecoming Weekend against the Bowling Green State University Saturday afternoon at Peden Stadium. The victory snapped the Bobcats’ four-game losing skid against Bowling Green, which dated back to the 2012 season.
“It’s a good win to finally get under our belt after getting embarrassed the last four years against them (BG),” said Bobcat senior safety Toran Davis.
A week after their poorest offensive performance of the season in its 17-7 win against Miami of Ohio, Greg Windham and the rest of the Ohio offense rebounded with a solid showing.
