When the Ohio Bobcats step onto a football field in 2018, judging by the season thus far, each game seems to follow the same formula: The defense allows big plays, the offense shows up late, and Ohio has to play from behind and make a comeback.
On Saturday, the Bobcats traveled to Kent State where the defense allowed a big play on the game’s first snap, the ’Cats trailed 17-7 at halftime, and then they mounted a comeback for a 27-26 victory. Like free spaces on a Bingo card, these events almost have become a guarantee at this point in the season.
