Ohio led by 18 points at halftime and by as many as 35 in the second half.
The Bobcats, who were playing their first game in a week, improve to 14-2 overall and 5-0 in the Mid-American Conference.
Miami falls to 8-8 overall and 2-3 in the MAC.
