The Ohio University softball team couldn’t break out of its funk on Wednesday.
The culprit? Two throws. One off target, and one on line that ended the game.
Visiting Kent State hung a 1-0 loss on Ohio at the Ohio Softball Field on Wednesday. The game ended in the bottom of the seventh when Jen Cader gunned down Deanna Cole at home plate for the final out.
