Normally, you’d be hard-pressed to find fault with the music selection used by bands during Ohio basketball games.
But on Tuesday, the guest band from Alexander High School missed a golden chance when it elected to not play ‘No Chance’ — aka Vince McMahon’s theme song — during the first media time out.
The Bobcats shot, defended, and strutted their way to an 89-58 rout over visiting Western Michigan in the Mid-American Conference lid-lifter for both squads.
Ohio (9-3, 1-0 MAC) never trailed and led by double figures every second over the final 35 minutes. It was as complete a domination as you’ll find in conference play.
