In last week’s meeting at Cincinnati, the Ohio Bobcats looked like the complete package but collapsed and fell apart at the end. On Saturday against UMass, Ohio finally kept it all together for a 58-42 victory.
After several shaky starts to games this season, today at Peden Stadium quarterback Nathan Rourke looked like the offensive leader of 2017 and then some. Rourke stuffed the stat sheets with 359 total yards and four touchdowns.
UMass did manage to jump out to an early lead, however. The Minutemen scored quickly on a 75-yard drive to open the game. UMass receiver Andy Isabella – one of the top receivers in the nation – scored on a 39-yard pass from Andrew Ford.
