Oakland Raiders linebacker Aldon Smith can’t seem to stay out of trouble. Per KTVU News in San Francisco, he was detained this morning for public intoxication, and was released around 2:00pm PST.
The situation that led to Aldon’s detainment is that he was the passenger in a vehicle with two other individuals, and around 8:30am, the vehicle struck an undercover police car.
Per KTVU:
“Smith was detained for public intoxication and expected to be released when he is sober and no charges will be filed, police said.”
