After several weeks in which the Raiders got out to fast starts, they had a reversal of fortune this week. The Vikings took the opening kickoff and drove for a touchdown. The Raiders responded with a three-and-out.
It was the same story for the Raiders offense on their first three drives. Their second drive went four plays, with the fourth a Derek Carr interception. The Vikings took over at the Oakland 41-yard-line and drove for a field goal to go up 10-0 early. And again, the Raiders answered the scoring drive with a three-and-out.
