The preseason schedules have been out for a while now. The week three game against the Packers didn’t have a location attached to it. What we knew is that game was to be played in Canada. What we didn’t know is exactly where in Canada.
Packers president Mark Murphy said initially that the options were between Saskatchewan and Winnipeg. It appears the choice has been made as Murphy said on ESPN’s Wilde and Tauch that they are working out a deal with Winnipeg to play the game there.
Somewhat interesting is he added that should there be any complications, the game would simply be moved to Lambeau Field in Green Bay.
