Last week the Raiders lost and the Cowboys and Bears won, offering three ‘losses’ for the Raiders, but the Giants win on Monday night put the Raiders in control of their own destiny for the number one overall pick. This week, the Cowboys and Bears won again, but so did the Raiders; moving each of their picks lower.
The Raiders are now 2-8 along with the 49ers and the Cardinals (who they just beat). But on strength of schedule, the Raiders land behind both of them in the draft order, dropping them from the one spot to the three spot.
