When the Oakland Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs faced off this season, the Silver and Black were massive underdogs and understandably so. In their first meeting in the Bay Area, the Raiders managed to go above expectations, dropping 33 points and losing by just a touchdown. In their season finale on the road, it was a completely different story.
Sunday afternoon was a clear representation of two teams on opposite ends of the spectrum, and the talent disparity was evident. The Raiders scored just a single field goal, and was unable to gain any consistency in the passing game, struggled to protect the quarterback, and more importantly was plagued again by turnovers, only this time they proved to be costly from the start.
