It’s seemingly becoming a weekly trend for the Oakland Raiders offense: if you want a sign of how the game is going to play out then look no further than the end result of their opening drive. After a successful fake punt helped keep their opening drive alive the Raiders found themselves with a fourth and one scoring opportunity. But one failed jet sweep play later, and Oakland walked away with zero points on the board.
It was a sign of things to come as the Raiders offense tallied just two field goals on the day to lose to the Los Angeles Chargers 20-6.
