After spending the early part of the morning adding more draft picks, the Raiders selected Miami guard Jon Feliciano in the fourth round of the NFL draft, No. 128 overall.
Oakland originally had pick No. 102, but traded it to the Carolina Panthers in exchange for pick No. 124 (fourth round), No. 161 (fifth round) and No. 242 (seventh round).
When pick No. 124 came up, the Raiders traded back four spots to No. 128 and picked up another seventh round pick (No. 218).
The net result was making what started the day as a seven-man draft class into a 10-man class.
