With the least surprising news of all time finally being dropped, the 2016 Oakland A's lack of rotation depth became even more apparent. As it stands, the 40-man roster has eight starting pitchers, one of whom is Felix Doubront who is both bad and occupying the swing man role (which is very important). Three of those starters pitched under 100 innings last season, one missed the entire season due to shoulder surgery and the pitcher with the second highest inning total on the A's?
