The expected return of Coco Crisp from the disabled list Wednesday should provide a boost for the A’s.
It also makes for an interesting roster decision.
Billy Burns has started four consecutive games in center field and the leadoff spot, and he’s provided a spark, going 7-for-19 (.368) and scoring three runs. He stole a base in the first inning to help set up an early run in Tuesday’s 2-1 win at Minnesota, and he’s also made a couple of nice running catches since being called up.
But will he be bumped from the roster to make room when Crisp is activated?
